Margaux Baillou

European Coordinator

Margaux obtained a degree in Law and Political Sciences at the Catholic Institute of Paris, and achieved two Masters degrees in International Law at the University of Paris I (Pantheon-Sorbonne). After obtaining the Bar in 2020, Margaux joined University of King’s College in London to complete an L.L.M in International Dispute Resolution. Margaux previously worked in an International law firm and was in charge of the Commission on Arbitration at the French committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC France). 

Justin Lee

His practice is focused in litigation and arbitration matters across the Americas, and in the past served as an associate in White & Case LLP (New York) and Hogan Lovells LLP (Washington, D.C.). Justin is qualified to practice law in England & Wales, New York and Washington, D.C.

Corina Tanase

Her practice focuses on investment and international commercial arbitration, construction and aviation law; she is the co-author of a chapter published in the book “Arbitration in Romania. A Practitioner’s Guide”, as well as of several articles published in renowned law reviews, in the field of international commercial arbitration, investment arbitration, construction and aviation law.

ATHI JARA

Miss Jara is a Director at Werksmans Attorneys, a legal firm based in Johannesburg, South Africa. She holds an LLB Degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. She also completed an LLM Degree (with merit) at the University of Sussex, United Kingdom. She is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa. In 2019, Athi was recognised as one of the Mail & Guardian’s 200 Young South Africans in the Justice and Law Category.

Orlando F. Cabrera

Studied law in Canada, Mexico and the United States, and currently advises governments and investors in international arbitrations as a senior associate at Hogan Lovells. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), and former Board Secretary of the North American Branch of the CIArb. In addition, he is a listed arbitrator in some of the world’s leading arbitration centers. Previously, he served as a legal intern at the Supreme Court of New York.

Jacob Alexander

Jacob Alexander is a Lead Associate in the Dispute Resolution team at CrestlLaw Partners, Bangalore.
