His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate and financial law. He has published various academic articles and has been adjunct professor of the Commercial Law I and III courses at the University of Lima, during years 2019 and 2021. He is going to pursue his LLM at NYU this fall 22′, where he has been awarded with the “Dean’s Award” scholarship”.

Orlando F. Cabrera
