Previously she was a senior associate in a major Ukrainian law firm, and she uses her thus gained extensive experience now in acting for states, businesses, and individuals in investment arbitration as well as when handling complex commercial arbitrations. Her main focus is in the CIS and Eastern Europe. Daryna also routinely acts as a tribunal secretary in international arbitration cases.

After obtaining the Bar in 2020, Margaux joined University of King’s College in London to complete an L.L.M in International Dispute Resolution. Margaux previously worked in an International law firm and was in charge of the Commission on Arbitration at the French committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC France).
